Shipping & Returns
We want you to feel assured with your purchase. 24|7 Furniture accepts returns on a huge majority of our products (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging) within 3 days of receipt, for items that are defective, do not meet our quality guidelines or are not fit for purpose. We do not accept refunds for items for any other reason, including changing your mind, due to colour variations from screen image or variations in product colour or texture due to handcrafted elements to an item. Refunds and credits will not be offered for made-to-order products.
Please note that we will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, use that does not comply with manufacturer guidelines, or failure to take reasonable care. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
DELIVERY NOTE: If there is no forklift on site and one is required a ‘Tailgate Unload’ may be required at an extra cost of $100.00 + GST.
Due to us being a national company, orders may come in a few different deliveries occasionally depending on which warehouse of ours has the products stocked and depending on which method of shipping is best for different types of furniture. We will let you know ETA’s of all deliveries if there is more than one.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled ONLY prior to dispatch. If you have ordered in a special colour or size which is not part of our standard range, orders cannot be cancelled.
If I receive a faulty product – do you replace?
Please email a photo & description through & if the claim is approved by 24|7 Furniture we will immediately send a replacement.
