Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled ONLY prior to dispatch. If you have ordered in a special colour or size which is not part of our standard range, orders cannot be cancelled.
If I receive a faulty product – do you replace?
Please email a photo & description through & if the claim is approved by 24|7 Furniture we will immediately send a replacement.
What is your ordering process?
Place furniture items in cart and complete your quote request. You will then be contacted within 24 hrs confirming stock and giving you a furniture quote as well as a freight price, you only then decide if you would like to confirm an order. To proceed, you then email us back your decline or confirmation of quote – if you proceed, payment is processed/we await payment via EFT – once payment has been received order is confirmed and items are dispatched within 24 hrs.
If you cancel before payment is processed, no fees are charged.
Do you offer finance?
We have great finance options available, contact us for information.
Do you supply screws for assembly of table bases to tops?
Not all table bases and tops come with screws as our table tops and bases are all mix and match. 24/7 Furniture also sometimes provide screws only for our standard range of tops therefore screws need to be double checked if provided. It is the client’s responsibility to purchase screws and ensure they are the correct length. 24/7 Furniture will not be held accountable if table tops are damaged during assembly with using the incorrect screws. Screws provided by 24/7 furniture or client themselves must always be double checked to be the correct length prior to assembly. If you need help with this please contact us as we are happy to help or provide screws if needed.
CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: The screws are universal and the thickness of the tables vary not all base come with screws so please be aware. If the screws come through the top of the table, it is at the customers expense.
ASSEMBLY
Assembly Instructions are always available. Ask our staff for details. Incorrect assembly/not checking screws first etc. will void furniture warranty.
